✅ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Must be returned in original packaging (if possible)

• You must provide proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our items, the following cannot be returned:

• Personalized or customized products (names, dates, or custom text)

• Clearance or final sale items

📦 How to Start a Return

• Email us at [youremail@example.com] with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll send return instructions and shipping address.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

🧵 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!

• Exchanges are processed as a new order once your return is received.

• We recommend placing a new order quickly to ensure availability.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
